PROCESSING TIME: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process your order by separating, packaging, and dispatching it. This typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

DELIVERY TIME: The estimated delivery time is between 6 to 15 business days after dispatch. Please note that factors such as postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, delivery to high-risk areas, and national holidays may extend the delivery time.

SHIPPING METHODS: Products are shipped via various couriers. If the recipient is unavailable, in restricted delivery areas, or if the address provided is incorrect, the customer may need to pick up the package at the nearest courier agency. All relevant information will be communicated via email and WhatsApp.

ADDRESS ACCURACY: Please ensure the delivery address is entered correctly. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be returned to the sender, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

Couriers will make three delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be held at the nearest agency for pickup for up to 7 days. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

RECIPIENT ABSENT: Ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to receive the products. If the recipient is unavailable for the delivery attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest courier agency, where it will be available for pickup for 7 calendar days. If not picked up, the package will return to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.

All details regarding delivery attempts and the address of the courier agency for package pickup will be available in the order tracking, which can be followed on the courier's website using the tracking code provided by us.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: Saint Lolla is not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned due to an address issue, no refund will be provided, and the customer will need to pay for reshipping.
