REFUND PROCESS
Withdrawal & Refund
If you made a purchase through our website and received the product in perfect condition, you can request a return within our specified period.
To initiate a return, please provide the following information:
- Product name
- Order number
- Purchase email
- Reason for exchange/return
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
According to U.S. consumer protection laws, customers have up to 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.
Please Note:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of use or consumption, i.e., it must be as received.
- Labels and protective seals must not be tampered with. This includes manuals, accessories, and similar items.
- Products must be sent using the return label provided by us.
Important: Products returned outside these specifications will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Communication with Saint Lolla is mandatory before sending any items.
REFUND OF VALUES
- Credit Card: Refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to process.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed within a similar timeframe.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are processed only after receiving the product at our distribution center.
- Saint Lolla requests the refund from intermediaries (e.g., PayPal), who handle the processing. We are responsible for initiating and managing the refund request.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund of purchased products.
PRODUCT WITH SUSPECTED MANUFACTURING DEFECT
If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please send a brief report explaining how the product was used. This information helps us evaluate the issue.
Return the product packaged with the return label we provide, along with all original accessories. The product should be sent to the address specified by our team.
ANALYSIS OF PRODUCT DEFECTS
Our team will evaluate any reported defects, and you will be notified of the outcome.
Favorable Report for Exchange or Refund
If the report confirms a defect:
- You will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the item is out of stock, you can choose an alternative from our site or opt for a full refund.
REJECTION REPORT
Reasons for rejection may include:
- Absence of defect
- Signs of improper use or accidental damage
- Natural wear and tear
- Improper washing or care of the product
Important: Intimate items do not qualify for exchange, return, or refund.
AUTOMATIC ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be automatically canceled due to:
- Inability to charge the payment method
- Inconsistency of the data provided in the order
REFUND BY SAINT LOLLA'S INITIATIVE
Refunds may be initiated by Saint Lolla in the following cases:
- Inability to deliver due to an inaccessible address
- If the purchased item is out of stock, the amount paid will be refunded via the same payment method used.
